The Habegger Corporation is a customer oriented, independent wholesale distributor of heating and air conditioning products with 40 locations serving markets in eight states.  We seek a proven sales professional to lead the expansion of our Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems residential dealer base in the Cedar Rapids market.  Qualified candidates will have experience in successfully building a contractor dealer network and increasing overall share of market in a territory.  Key requirements for this opportunity include:

  • A highly motivated, self starter with a strong work ethic
  • Someone who thrives on opportunities and challenges
  • A proven track record in sales and customer development
  • A true team player, with high integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Marketing, Pricing and Financial knowledge to consult with dealers on how to best promote and position their business
  • Computer competency with business software i.e. excel, power point, word
  • Ability to interface well with external and internal customers
  • Strategic management of territory, with strong organizational capabilities
  • A solid mechanical aptitude
  • HVAC industry experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • A four year college degree preferred, but not mandatory
